- When the homesite preparations are completed, your Personal Builder will conduct a homesite Inspection. The unique characteristics of your homesite may require additional building costs, which your Personal Builder will estimate for you.
- Now it’s time to design your house plan accordingly to your needs, homesite size, city and neighborhood ordinances. Our design team will work with you to make sure you get the floor plan that best fits your needs and expectations.
- Once the house is designed, the design team will help you select all the finishes and fixtures to complete your new home. You’ll be able to pick and choose all design elements, such as kitchen and bathroom tiles, plumbing and light fixtures and different types of flooring.
- During the Pre-Construction meeting, the floorplan and all design elements are reviewed and finalized.
